Obituary

Alma L. Waddell went home to be with the lord on July 24, 2025. She was born on May 4, 1938 in Willard, Kentucky, a daughter of Orin and Gladys (Adkins) Waddell.

Alma loved being at church. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing to which she did both in church. Alma found solace in reading the bible and enjoyed reading in her spare time as well. She loved traveling, going to bible conferences and her most profound trip was when she went to Israel. She also enjoyed watching wrestling in her younger days.

Alma leaves behind many who loved her, including brothers; Billy Waddell and Arvel (Juanita) Waddell; sister Deloris Waddell; nieces Beverly (Richard) Peffer, Donna Waddell, Karen (David) Goldberg, Robin Waddell (Megan Hands); nephews Brian (Pamela) Waddell and Wayne (Donna) Waddell. She also leaves behind 15 great nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.

Alma was predeceased by her parents, a sister Maxine Waddell and her sister-in-law Ruth Waddell.

Calling hours will be from 11am-12pm with services to follow at 12pm on Tuesday July 29, 2025 at Crown Hill Burial Park Chapel and Mausoleum in Vienna, OH. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park.
