Cortland - Betty L. Hill, 79, died Friday, April 11, 2014 at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

Betty was born July 10, 1934 in Clarksburg, W.VA, the daughter of Harrison E. and Verna (Ross) Andrews.

Betty was a graduate of Flemington High School in W.VA.

She was a home maker and enjoyed spending time outdoors with her family and going on fishing trips with them. Betty was a member of the Warren First Church of God.

She leaves behind two sons, Randall L. (Bonnie) Hill of Johnson, and Timothy G. Hill of Fowler Twp; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and care taker and longtime friend, Denise Hill.

Her husband, Robert L. Hill, whom she married on November 29, 1955, died October 9, 2007.

Preceding Betty are her parents; husband; brothers, Benjamin and Glenn Andrews; sisters, Irene Simmons, Eloise Curtiss, Beulah Crawford , Elodene Rolfe and Isabell Smith; and a step-grandson, Mark Myroniak.

Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at First Church of God, 1951 Parkman Ave., Warren, with Pastor Jack Ruble, officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the Crown Hill Burial Park and Mausoleum Chapel , 3966 Warren-Sharon Rd., Vienna, on Monday from 6 to 8 P.M.
