Brookfield  -  Calvin G. Bousner, 88,  passed away September 19, 2018 at the Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

Calvin was born July 19, 1930 in Masury, Ohio to John Bousner and Freda (Moder) Bousner.

After graduating from Brookfield High School, he went on to work at Sharon Steel as a burner, retiring in 1982 after 32 years.

On August 26, 1950, he married Angeline Grusman.  They were married for 59 years, until her passing September 1, 2009.

Calvin enjoyed fishing and goose hunting with his son , Daryl.  He loved to spoil his grand daughters, Alicia and Laura and play peek-a-boo with his great-grandsons, Aiden and Asa. Cal also never missed a Cleveland Cavaliers game.

Calvin leaves behind His son, Daryl (Lynne) Bousner of Brookfield, grandchildren Alicia (Matthew) Hrubey of Cleveland, Laura Bousner and fiancé Zachary Hollobaugh and great-grandchildren Aiden Gene Hrubey and Asa Gene Hollobaugh.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Angeline and a brother, John.

Calling hours will be Monday, September 24, 2018 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Crown Hill Burial Park Chapel Mausoleum. Services to follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Bill Johnson officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by Selby—T.J. Fox Funeral Home.

Burial will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna, Ohio.
