In loving memory

Florence Yova Sinea, 91, formerly from Warren, Ohio, died peacefully at 1 a.m. on August 9, 2013 at Rae-Ann Skilled Nursing in Westlake, Ohio.

Flo was born on September 14, 1921 in Akron, Ohio to Sofia and Kostan Yova. She married Dan Sinea of Warren on September 23, 1950 and remained his wife until Dan's death in 2005.

Flo was a devout Christian who was a wonderful example of womanhood, motherhood, and the art of homemaking—to which she devoted her life. She was a long-time member of North Park Baptist Church in Warren, where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school and performed many other duties. She also attended CrossRoads Church in Bay Village.

Flo is survived by three children: Deborah Zavodney and husband Lawrence of Cedarville, Ohio; Diana Sinea of Bay Village, Ohio; and David Sinea and wife Susan of Howland, Ohio. Also surviving are seven grandchildren—Sara Campbell and husband Jesse; Kristin McLaughlin and husband Tim; and Daniel, Anna, Julie, Jonathan and Joseph Zavodney. Flo had five great-grandchildren: Lola and Ella Campbell; and Micah, Mia and Malachi McLaughlin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Mary Yova Pescan, Paul Yova, John Yova and Ann Yova Flora. She was also preceded in death by infant Callia Campbell, another great-granddaughter.

Flo will be greatly missed and thought of with great love and affection, but we are grateful that she is now at eternal peace with our Lord and loved ones who went before her. A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, September 13. There will be visitation starting at 10:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Selby Funeral Home's Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum at 3966 Warren-Sharon Road in Vienna.
