Warren - Frances Ann Giaurtis, 74, of Warren, died Monday, November 2, 2015 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Frances was born November 18, 1940 in Warren, the daughter of Frank and Ester (Stitle) Painter.
She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School.
Frances was a 35 year employee of Packard Electric (Delphi) in Warren and later worked for Speedway Gas Station in Champion.
Frances was a loving and supportive mother, who devoted much of her time and energy caring for all the members of her family. She loved each one of her children unconditionally and uniquely, from the eldest to the youngest.
She and her loving companion, Dan, enjoyed many wonderful years together. Her interests included cooking, fishing, pottery and crocheting. She treasured memories of fun filled vacations with her family and companions. Mostly she loved her spontaneous excursions with her dedicated family and friends. She will be missed by her best friend, Dan Gelet, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her Kitty.
Frances leaves behind her companion of many years, Daniel Gelet; a son, James Giaurtis of Warren; daughters, Victoria A. (Robert) Jeffers of Gustavus, Darlene Y. (Charles) Brown of Warren, and Virginia Jean Giaurtis Shaffer of Champion; a brother, Donald Painter of Youngstown; sisters, Rose White of Lordstown and Arlene Davis of Rootstown. Also left behind to cherish her memories are seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Preceding Frances in death were her parents.
Services for Frances will be held Thursday, November 5, at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna. Visitation will be from 12 pm to 1 pm, with the funeral service at 1 pm. Pastor Ron Spore will be officiating.
Burial will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park.
