Hazel M. Takat

1920 - 2018

Warren - Hazel M. Takat, 97, died Saturday evening, January 13, 2018 in her home, surrounded by her family.

Hazel was born May 9, 1920 in Hubbard, Oh, the daughter of Edward R. and Bessie B. Simbold.

She leaves behind a son, Robert E. Takat, of Largo, FL and a daughter, Beverly J. Letscher of Champion, Oh. Hazel also leaves behind five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Hazel's husband, Frank Takat, Jr., and six sisters, Clara, Lillian, Evelyn, Freda, Pearl and Hannah preceded her in death.

A committal service will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm, at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.

Burial will take place in Crown Hill Burial Park..
