VIENNA—James V. Hover, Jr., 75, passed away at home on  August 15th, 2018 following an extended illness at the age of 75.  He was born March 12th, 1943 in Youngstown, Ohio.

After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force.  On July 3rd, 1965, he wed Janice Bellars of Crowland, England.

Surviving are is children; Christina Bellars (David) Strait of Austin, Texas, Carey Hover (James) Goodhart of Ravenna, Ohio, John (Kristie Fitzpatrick) Hover of Washington, DC, Colin Hover of Seattle, Washington and Jeffrey (Sabrina Strohmeyer) Hover of Brookfield, Ohio.  He has 11 grandchildren; Steven (Ashley), David (Kendall), Johnathon, Jeffrey (Suzy), Tasha (Nicholas), Stephanie (Scott), Colin, Kameron, Kaiden, Chelsey and Christian.  11 great-grandchildren; Jacob, Kimberly, Tyler, Trenton, Oliver, Milo, Jax, Yalena, Conor, Zoey and Riley.  Also surviving are a brother, Larry Hover, of  Youngstown, Ohio, sisters Carol Catiller of Lake Worth, Florida and Elizabeth Hosam of Miami, Florida.

James was preceded in death by his parents, James and Evelyn Hoffman Hover Sr., his wife Janice Hover and a brother, Ronald Hover.

Mr. Hover chose to have a private remembrance and burial at Crown Hill Burial Park.
