1940 - 2012

Vienna - Jean A. Augustinsky, 71, died after an extended illness early Monday morning, February 13, 2012 at Forum Health Northside Hospital.

Jean was born June 6, 1940 in Youngstown, OH, the daughter of Robert and Margaret (Baytos) Augustinsky.

Jean was a graduate of Liberty High School.

She was employed 28 years at Packard Electric as an assembler and was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard.

Jean loved animals and enjoyed camping and reading.

She leaves behind a granddaughter, Holly Harkleroad of Vienna; brothers, Lee Augustinsky of Fowler and Robert Augustinsky of Cortland; three nephews, Jim, Rob and Barry; several grandchildren and one great grandchild, Zachery Harkleroad. Jean also leaves behind her significant other, William Wooten of Vienna.

Private services were held Thursday at Selby Funeral Home's Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna. Pastor Carolyn Agee of Prayer Tabernacle in Canfield officiated.

Entombment has taken place in Crown Hill Burial Park.
