Warren - Jean Lorraine Ellis, 81, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 28, 2017, at Hospice House surrounded by her family.
Jean was born October 13, 1935, in Warren, OH, the daughter of the late Lester and Morella Williamson.
She attended Warren G. Harding High School. Jean retired from Packard Electric.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was a lifelong, dedicated follower of Christ.
She enjoyed cross-stitching, (especially angels), cooking special dishes and baking. But most of all spending time with her family. She was loved by many and was most commonly known as Grandma Jean.
Jean is survived by her children, Robert J. (Holly) Ellis of Cortland, Lorraine (Joseph) Costarella of Girard, and Brian P. (Eva) Ellis of Canfield; eight grandchildren, Sara, Michael, David, Brandon, Toni Ann, and Rachele; and two great-grandchildren, Logan and Dakota.
She was married to Robert (Tiny) Ellis, who preceded her in death, along with her parents and a brother, Donald James Williamson.
Calling hours for Jean will be Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm, with a funeral service to begin at 1 pm, at Crown Hill Burial Park Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
