Lordstown - Macel B Morgan, 82, died Wednesday afternoon, June 1, 2011 at Autumn Hill Care Center in Niles.
Macel was born April 16, 1929 in Stockport, Ohio, the daughter of Edward and Beryl (Martin) Dotson.
Macel was a homemaker and loved quilting, crafts, bingo, and canning. She also loved the outdoors and traveling.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory a daughter, Pamela (Robert) DeScenna of Cortland; a son, Roger (Debbie) Morgan of Niles; a sister, Glenda Waite of Marietta, Ohio; a brother, Roger Lee Dotson of Stockport, Ohio; nine grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Her husband, Glenn A Morgan, whom she married October 5, 1946, passed away in May of 2003. Also preceding Macel in death are her parents, daughters, Gloria D'Annunzio and Cathy Kubicina; and son, Richard Morgan.
The funeral service for Macel will be held Wednesday, at 12:00 pm with a calling hour, one hour prior to the service at 11:00 am, at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
Burial will take place in Crown Hill Burial Park.
