ERIE, PA. - Margaret Fillmore Windsor, 99, of Erie, Pennsylvania and formerly of Warren, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018.

Margaret was born November 29, 1918  in Warren to Ira Fillmore and Margaret (Speedy) Fillmore.

Margaret graduated from Warren G. Harding high school and then attended Akron School of Nursing. Margaret then spent the next 42 years as a public health visiting nurse.

In 1940, she married Richard Thomas Windsor. They had three         children, Mary Ellen Reuter of Erie, PA, Richard (Pat) Windsor of  Jamestown, NY and Sarah (Jan) Mierzwa of Erie, PA. who survive. Margaret's husband, Richard, passed away in 1988.

Margaret loved to garden, cross-stitch and travel.

Besides her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers; William, Frederick and Albert , one sister, Mary Grace and a grandson, Christopher.

She is survived by six grandchildren; Timothy of Erie, PA., Richard Jr. of New York State, Thomas of Arkansas, Michael of Michigan, Jonathan of New Jersey and Matthew of Florida.  She also leaves behind 13 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Brevillier Village in Erie, Pennsylvania, for the compassionate care they have shown our mother.  There will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Selby—T.J. Fox Funeral Home in Vienna, Ohio.
