She was born on August 9, 1935 in Kane, Pennsylvania to John Perry and Velma Ellen (Mullenax) Simmons. Martha graduated from Leavittsburg High School Class of 1954. She was employed with Sajar Plastic in Middlefield and retired from Servamation in Warren.

Mrs. Evans is survived by her children, Jeannie (Michael Vaccaro) Hunt-Banko of Lordstown, Louise (Rocky) Hunt-Rovedatti of Temecula, CA, Diana (Don) Hunt-Littell of Howland, Renee Hunt-Koch of Niles, Roger (Tammy) Hunt of Kernsville, NC and Lorrie (Christopher) Hunt-Conway of Chesapeake, VA; brother, Stanley (Eloise) Simmons of Columbiana; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and her beloved granddog, Lexi.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel Evans; sister, Kathleen Marie Simmons; and a brother, Harold Simmons.

Funeral services will be held, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Crown Hill Burial Park and Mausoleum Chapel, 3966 Warren-Sharon Rd., Vienna, with Pastor Jim Dittmar, officiating. Entombment will follow. Family will receive friends at the chapel on Thursday from 11 A.M. until time of services at 1 P.M.
