Mary Louise Kover of Niles passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on Sunday December 23, 2012 at Hospice House in Poland. She was 92 years old.
The daughter of Frank and Philomena (DiBernardi) Jeswald, Mary was born March 13, 1920 in Niles, Ohio. On February 14, 1945 she married Henry Kover, with whom she spent 46 wonderful years of marriage before his passing in 1991.
Mary had attended Niles-McKinley before going on to work as a cook for Rudy's Restaurant and later Scope in Warren, where she retired from in 1992.
She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life often crocheting or doing crosswords, she was also very fond of playing BINGO.
She is survived by her children Henry (Patty) Kover of Niles, Harold (Sandy) Kover of Mineral Ridge, Valerie (Charles) Wright of Niles, Cynthia (Glenn) Ford whom she lived with in Niles, Mary Beth (Gary) Turner of Akron, and her step-son Thomas (Joanna) Kover of Long Beach CA. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Henry Kover, her sisters Flanda Benigno and Sylvia Battagline, her brothers Don Jeswald and Sam Jeswald, her step-daughter Shirley Jeswald and her great grandson Lucas Marotti.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mary's name to Hospice House.
