Mary A. Millican aged 92, passed away Friday morning June 2nd, 2023.  Born on March 7th, 1931, to Elizabeth (Short), and Howard Jackson in Moundsville WV.  Mary was a loving housewife, mother, and grandmother.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons Richard (Mary) Burns of Warren Oh., Donald Burns of Warren Oh., David (Valerie) Burns of Warren Oh.  Daughters Terry (John) Minor of Lehigh Acres Fl., Mary Beth (David) Cox of Hudson Fl., Sister Josephine Watson of Warren Oh. And 21 Grandchildren.  Rejoined in death by her son Thomas Burns.
