Wallace D. Edenfield
1928 - 2013
McDonald - Wallace D. Edenfield, formerly of Warren, born May 30, 1928 in Uniontown, PA, the son of Minnie and Edward Edenfield, and one of eleven children, died Friday, October 18, 2013, at the Hospice of the Valley in Poland.
Wallace served his county in the U.S. Navy during WWII and The Korean War.
He retired from the City of Warren as it's real estate officer.
He was a Master Mason at Carroll F. Clapp Lodge #655 and past Grand Master of the Ali Baba Grotto. He was also a Boy Scout Master and Soap Box Derby director, and a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
Wallace enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his great granddaughter, Zoe.
He is survived by his daughter, Kelley (Reno) Edenfield; daughter-in-law, Diane Edenfield; grandchildren, Adam (Alyssa), Whitney and five great-grandchildren; his brother, Walter (Sylvia); sisters, Jean (Paul) and Virginia.
He is preceded in death by his former wife, Martha; children, twins Donald and Donna and son, Sam. His brothers, Edward, Francis, Stenson, Ewing, Alfred, Robert and Carl.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 21, at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, with the service to follow at 4:30 pm.
Entombment will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park.
