Walter O. Osborne
1924 - 2010
Walter O. Osborne, 85, of Sebring, died Tuesday afternoon, March 2, 2010, at Copeland Oaks.
Walter was born December 12, 1924 in Massillon, Oh., the son of William and Marie (Heckendorn) Osborne.
Walter attended Westlyn University and was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII.
He married Patricia Davenport on April 6, 1948. Patricia passed away in October of 2006.
Walter leaves behind a son, Todd D. (Lucia) Osborne of Massillon, Ohio; a brother, Ronald (Jan) Osborne of Dayton; sisters, Norma Gerlach of Sebring and Judy Dommer of Findley; two grandchildren, Christopher and Mark Osborne; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceding Walter in death are his parents, wife Patricia; brothers, William and Frank; and sister, Helen.
Private services will be held at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
Selby-Simpson Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Entombment will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna.
