William E. Bianco, 82, of Warren, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Salem Regional Hospital.
William was born October 30, 1931 in McKinley Heights, the son of John Harvey and Mary Elizabeth (Welsh) Bianco.
His early years were spent with his father and his stepmother, Helen Bianco.
He was a Class of 1950 graduate of Howland High School, and later served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
William retired after 40 years with Republic Steel in Warren.
He married Barbara E. (Crytzer) Bianco, on March 31, 1956.
William enjoyed sports of all types, and most of all, the game of baseball and the Cleveland Indians. He was also a lifetime fan of the cowboy singer/actor, Gene Autry.
William leaves behind Barbara, his wife of 58 years, four sons, William II (Judi) of Bowie, MD, Daniel (Colleen) of Lordstown, Mark (Bobbi) of Lincoln, NE, and Harry (Teresa) of Lincoln, NE; a daughter, Deborah Bianco of Canfield; twelve grandchildren, Nic, Noah, Jimmy, Joe, Lucy, Lisa, Drake, James, Janee, Neicha, Barbra, and Toni; and six great-grandchildren, Dairek, Elizabeth, Keaden, Mick, Angellina and Taelyn.
Two brothers, Jack and Harry and two sisters, Mary Lou and Blanche preceded William in death.
Calling hours for William will be held on Friday, October 17, from 5 to 7 pm, and Saturday from 11 am to 12 pm, with the funeral service to begin at 12 pm, at Crown Hill's Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
Burial will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park.
